Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ek332 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and ek332.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.

Important Notice: ek332 may at any time request identification documents, a national identity card or other documentation from a member for identity verification. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3. Account Management and Security

The responsibility for ensuring the security of a member's account lies entirely with the member. ek332 will never ask for your password or full banking details via email or live chat.

3.1 Password Protection

Members are advised to create a strong password and not to share it with anyone. ek332 will not be liable for any loss resulting from password theft or unauthorized use, unless direct negligence on the part of ek332 is proven.

3.2 Account Is Personal

The account is strictly personal. Transferring, selling or sharing the account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicious activity, ek332 may suspend the account while an investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ek332 provides secure and fast transaction facilities. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
  • Deposits made through a third party or in another person's name are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed in processing until KYC verification is complete.

Please note: ek332 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal and notify the relevant authorities if suspicious transactions or money laundering is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ek332 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus offer has specific conditions that the member must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • To withdraw this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met.
  • The bonus comes with a specific time limit to complete the wagering requirement, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

  • A bonus applies to one member, one household, one address or one device only.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, ek332 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on ek332 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

  • If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log.
  • If an incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, ek332 reserves the right to correct that amount.
  • If an unusual betting pattern is identified at ek332's discretion, the account may be subject to investigation.
  • The minimum and maximum bet limits for all games are displayed in the game lobby.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ek332. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds earned:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

  • Using software bots or automated strategies to place bets.
  • Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes (collusion).
  • Exploiting any technical error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassment, threats or offensive behavior toward other members on the platform.
  • Allowing a minor to access gaming.

  • In the event of an unexpected natural disaster, government directive or other force majeure occurrence.

12. Account Closure and Termination

A member may request closure of their account at any time through our support team. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there has been no breach of these terms.

ek332 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

  • Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification.
